XLPLAT-Human Resource Management Module



The XLPLAT-HRM Module   provides with an inhouse feature of payroll management wherein we provide salary structure definition for each employee with custom options. Dynamic deductions or allowance can be added in the structure itself for advance payments, deductions or allowance. The payroll management is designed to undertake PF,ESI,IT Computations and at the same time is integrated with attendance. The platform even allows one to export monthly salary sheet and print salary sheet for bank to transfer salary with company logo, address info and account details from which the money will be transferred. Bonus sheet for all types of bonus, incentives, weekend incentives, reimbursement and leave encashment etc with workflow for approval from authorized personnel and email notifications.

How the Module Works:

Attendance Log:

The software helps in maintaining the attendance of the employees and can generate the time logs which are fully customizable according to the need of the user.It also supports multiple time attendance and access control devices.




Employee Information:

All the relevant information of the employees can be uploaded through this feature of the software. It gives a full detail about the personal information, salary structure, details of the leaves, and the project or the assignment he/she is undertaking.










Payroll Management:

This feature enables in generating the payrolls of the employees without any lengthy procedure. It is is designed to undertake PF,ESI ,IT Compensations. Dynamic deductions or allowance can be added in the structure itself for advance payments, deductions or allowance. User can also change and create new salary structure.







Leave Record:

The software closely works with the attendance and the payroll system which gives the user the facility to apply for leaves online and keep a log of all the pending leaves so that the user as well as the admin can keep a proper track of the number of leaves taken by an employee.Approval notification for leaves by the higher authorities and the general log can also be viewed





Appraisal Process:

This is the unique feature in the software through which the user can design an appraisal process under which various rights can be given to user so that they can do the appraisal for their subordinates.











Resource Management:

Resource Management is a unique feature included in the software wherein the IT department can keep a track of all the hardware being used in the office premises as well as the name of the employee to whom the resource has been allotted to. (E.g. Laptop details with windows information,key used,name of the employee currently using the laptop etc)
